The group reads the market shrewdly. Its portfolio spans tiers deliberately — the mainstream No1 rooms, and the table-service Clubrooms concept sitting above them — letting it serve everyone from price-aware families to directors on expenses within a single coherent operation; airline partnerships have extended access further over the years, even as carriers periodically adjust
which fare types include a lounge visit and which no longer do. Travel managers appreciate the practical fit as much as the product: pre-bookable, invoice-friendly calm at Gatwick, Heathrow and Birmingham, entirely independent of which airline happened to win the route RFP that quarter.
