ALL Accor is a Finalist for Best Hotel Loyalty Programme at the
2026 Travelling for Business Awards, and its title — Accor Live Limitless — reads less like branding and more like a roadmap the programme keeps delivering. Built on Europe's densest hotel network, from ibis roadside stops to Sofitel and Raffles grandeur, ALL has spent recent years dissolving the boundary between travel loyalty and everyday life, and the results are increasingly hard for rivals to answer.
The partnership engine is the story. A
multi-market tie-up with Uber lets members earn ALL points on rides and Uber Eats orders across key markets — loyalty accruing on the commute as well as the stay — while the
agreement with American Express handed eligible cardholders Gold status and made Membership Rewards points transferable into ALL, plugging the programme into the premium-card ecosystems where affluent travellers keep their balances. Reward points, meanwhile, behave like money where it matters: spendable against any rate, in the group's restaurants and bars, and on a events-and-experiences catalogue with a distinctly European accent. Dining-first members are particularly well served, French hôtellerie being constitutionally incapable of separating a bed from a good table.
For the business traveller, the practical strengths compound. Accor's weighting towards city-centre and airport properties across the UK, France, Germany and beyond mirrors the real map of European corporate travel; status is attainable at working-traveller volumes and delivers meaningful recognition from mid-tier upwards; and the points-as-payment model suits the flexible, last-minute booking patterns modern policy actually produces. Small firms appreciate the same simplicity scaled down: one currency, thousands of addresses, no thresholds to strand value. Meeting and event bookers earn too, which turns the office's Christmas party and the quarterly offsite into next year's personal weekends — a detail organisers quietly adore.
The nomination recognises a programme that stopped asking members to come to it and started following them — into taxis, onto card statements, across dinner tables. Loyalty as a layer over life, not a filing cabinet of expiring points. The lifestyle framing could have been hollow; the partnership roster keeps making it literal.
Winners will be announced at the 2026 Travelling for Business Awards, and ALL will no doubt find a way to make the evening earn.
