The A380 is the theatre. expanded its massive cabin retrofit programme to 111 more aircraft, sweeping refreshed business cabins across the network, with retrofitted 777s already flying to cities from Melbourne to Vienna and the new Airbus A350 adding a third modern cabin type.
Service holds it together, delivered by a multinational crew schooled at the airline's dedicated hospitality centre in Dubai, with dishes paired to Moët & Chandon champagnes poured across the network.
For UK travellers, the proposition is unusually accessible — the A380 product departs not just from Heathrow but from regional gateways too, bringing flagship business class to passengers who never touch London.
